The full application report and minutes are available on the CID website: and on
Thanks to the volunteers, community organisations and businesses that made this possible. The organisation is being registered as a Non-Profit Company (NPC). Public safety is the PLCID priority with meetings arranged with the City Metro, Traffic and Law enforcement and the Pinelands Community Police Forum. The intention is to install more CCTV cameras, a control room and introduce a safety app for all residents. Extra patrollers will work with existing safety service providers and with neighbourhood watch. Additional environmental challenges such as illegal dumping, littering, damage to trees and parks and heritage areas will be addressed. The social development team will work closely with the City’s Displaced Persons Unit and NGO’s to implement sustainable programmes.
